The Jersey City Redevelopment Agency entered into a Redevelopment Agreement with Bayfront Redevelopment, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Honeywell International, for Bayfront, a 100-acre site on the westside of Jersey City along the Hackensack River.  When constructed, this true public/private partnership at Bayfront will become a new community with public waterfront access, 20 acres of parks and open space, new businesses, housing opportunities and access to mass transit.  Please visit Honeywell's main page at www.honeywell.com to learn more about the company.
