Description
This project is an adaptive reuse of an existing industrial building into 48 residential loft units. Currently being used as a fabric warehouse, the site is known as the former “Pierogi cigar factory.” The existing building is 40,786 SF and will be expanded to 59,172 SF with the addition of two floors atop the existing three floors.
Status
Vanick was designated redeveloper on February 20, 2007. They are currently making the site ready for redevelopment while the terms of the redevelopment agreement are negotiated.
