Local known entity, Alliance Construction,LLC, headed by Ed Fowlkes was designated for the construction of a mixed use structure  containing ground floor retail space and ten (10) total residential units on the second and third floors at 311-315 MLK Drive and a 2-family home approximately 1260 square feet at 167 Claremont Avenue.

Status

The Redeveloper is in negotiations with the Agency on the terms and conditions of a proposed Redevelopment Agreement.
