Description

 Status

Recently completed, the building has had a rental program in place since August. The project consist of 277 one bedroom units, 148 two bedroom units and 33 studios.  News 

 Negotiations are on-going with a bank, two café’s, drug store and ice cream store for potential leasing as part of the retail space.

 A portion of the 600 car parking garage constructed as part of the project will be open to the public. This parking is intended to address, in part, the parking needs of the emerging Power House Arts Retail and Entertainment District.
