Description:

This project consisted of four developers:  Trammell Crow Residential, K. Hovnanian Companies, Pulte Homes and Lincoln Property Company.  Lincoln Property Company and Trammel Crow Residential are the developers of 161 and 100 units respectively.  The units will consist of luxury one and two bedroom apartments along with some two bedroom town home style units.

The JCRA designated Fulton's Landing Urban Renewal Corp., LLC as the redeveloper of 105 residential units which was later transferred  to K. Hovnanian North Acquisitions, LLC.  These projects are located just west of the Hudson River in the Paulus Hook section of Jersey City.  These units will also offer parking, luxury amenities, views of Manhattan, are close to the Light Rail Station and boat basin.
