Description:

Urban League of the Hudson County Affordable Housing Community Development, Corp. was designated for the creation of a four (4) story mixed use structure to contain 24 shelter beds for veterans over an 18-24 month period. The basement area will contain approximately 4,625 sq. ft. of commercial space. The first floor will house a cafeteria / restaurant and approximately 4,720 sq. ft. on each of the 3rd & 4th floors will accommodate the residential living area. The facility will be equipped with on site employment and training, case management services for residents & area veterans.
