Description

Gargant is constructing eleven (11) four story town homes containing 24 market rate units.  Each town home will consist of three bedrooms and two and 1/2 baths.  The town homes will have brick and copper facades, modern features and unique designs throughout.  Gargant construct the Agency CERC (Community Educational & Recreational Center) that houses the Golden Door Charter School on Ninth Street

Gargant anticipates a groundbreaking in the 2nd quarter of 2010 with completion in 18-24 months.
