The Jersey City Redevelopment Agency is seeking proposals from qualified developers for vacant property located at 824 Garfield Avenue (Block 2006.A, Lot 2), Jersey City, New Jersey.
The approximately 3.2 acre property is located within the Canal Crossing Redevelopment Plan Area. The plan permits mixed uses including residential, offices, retail and civic. An aerial map of the site can be seen on the right and a copy of the Canal Crossing Redevelopment Plan as well as a tax map can be obtained using the links at the bottom.
